Cinema rules

We want your trip to the cinema to be not only enjoyable, but also comfortable and safe. That is why we have prepared some simple rules to help all viewers feel comfortable and enable staff to respond quickly in any situation.

  • ⚖️ General rules

    – Video surveillance is in operation in the cinema. – By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you are familiar with the rules and agree to comply with them. – The minimum number of viewers for a screening is 3 (4 for the last screening of the day).

  • 🎟️ Visits

    – A valid ticket is required for admission. – Children under 5 years of age must be accompanied by their parents. – Children under 14 years of age are only allowed to attend films after 8 p.m. if accompanied by an adult. – The administration may not sell tickets for adjacent seats in order to ensure the comfort of guests.

  • 💸 Return

    – Tickets can be returned no later than 30 minutes before the start of the session. – Products purchased at the cinema bar are non-returnable.

  • ⛔ Prohibited

    – Enter without a ticket. – Bring your own food and drinks. – Consume alcohol or be intoxicated. – Film or record audio. – Smoke indoors. – Use lasers, flashlights, or bright devices. – Bring animals.

  • 🎬 Rules for 3D sessions

    – 3D glasses are required for viewing (sold separately). – Children under 12 years of age are only allowed with adults. – If you have vision problems, consult your doctor before visiting.

  • 🔒 Use of personal data

    – By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the use of your personal data for service purposes. – All data is stored and processed in accordance with Ukrainian law.

  • 🧥 Wardrobe

    – Only outer clothing is accepted. – The administration is not responsible for the safety of money, documents, or phones left in pockets. – If a token is lost, its cost will be reimbursed.

  • 📍 Responsibility

    – Audience members are required to treat the cinema's property with care. – In the event of damage, the visitor shall compensate for the losses. – The administration has the right to remove violators of the rules from the hall.

  • 🛂 Access control

    – The doors to the theater close 5 minutes before the movie starts. – You can't change seats. – Discounts only apply to certain types of movies.

  • 💳 Ticket sales

    – Tickets can be purchased online or at the box office. – Reservations are automatically canceled 30 minutes before the start of the session if tickets are not purchased. – Late arrival to the session does not entitle you to a refund.

  • 🏢 Premises

    – The cinema complex includes: auditoriums, ticket offices, a bar, and a cloakroom. – Ticket offices and the bar are open 30 minutes before the first screening and until 30 minutes after the last screening.
